RETURN POLICY

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed.  If for any reason, you wish to return something, please contact LLR Enterprises for a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase.  Non-defective merchandise returns will require a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.  Refunds will be made to original payment within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return.  Merchandise being returned must be new, unused, unaltered and contain all original product packaging and accessories.  It must also be repackaged properly in original packaging.  Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:

All merchandise damaged during shipment will be covered by the shipper.  If you receive merchandise damaged during shipment, contact LLR Enterprises within 15 days of the order shipment date and your claim will be processed immediately.  NOTE:  Established procedures by UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL and other trucking lines must be complied with or your claim may be denied.

WARRANTY ITEMS:

If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
