Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order. You may order as much or as little as you like.
What if some of my merchandise arrives damaged?
All damaged merchandise is covered by the shipper. Contact LLR Enterprises and your claim will be processed immediately. Make sure you keep all parts and shipment packaging. Not following established procedures by UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL and other carriers could result in your claim being denied.
When will my order be shipped?
If you pay by credit card, your order will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days. If you pay by money order, your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is processed by the bank. If you pay by check, it will take 7-10 working days for your check to clear. Your order will be shipped as soon as it does.
How secure is ordering online by credit card?
All credit card purchases and e-checks will be processed thru Pay Pal giving you the best security available on the internet today. You do not need a personal Pay Pal account but if you do have one, you may process your payment thru it.
What is your standard method of shipping?
Orders that weigh less than one pound will be shipped thru USPS. Orders over one pound will be shipped by either UPS, USPS, DHL or Fed Ex depending on which supplier is sending the merchandise.
What does the EF in front of the product number mean?
An EF in front of a product number means that an additional freight charge of $5.00 is required to ship the item.
Can my order be sent to a Post Office Box?
Not if it weighs one pound or more. Most shipping lines will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Will you send rush orders?
Yes, but they are expensive. It will cost 40% of the total amount of your order before promotion discounts.
Does free shipping include rush orders?
No. Only standard shipping rates are included in the free shipping.
Will you ship international orders?
At this time, LLR Enterprises, Inc. is not shipping internationally. We ship only to the 48 contiguous states.
What do I do if my merchandise is under warranty?
Follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
