Aches and pains practically melt away with this therapeutic body care set! Use with either heat or cold to gently chase away tension and create incredible relaxation. Set includes: micro bead rest pillow, eye mask, neck wrap and body pad. Removable gel inserts can be heated or chilled for targeted therapeutic relief. To heat gel inserts, remove from zippered fabric and submerge in hot water for approximately 2-3 minutes. Do not heat in microwave oven.  Plush velour and gel. Removable zippered covers for hand wash and air dry. Neck pillow: 12" x 12" x 2 1/2" high; neck wrap: 4" x 19" long; body pad: 4" x 6" long; eye mask: 4" x 9" long. Set
